System & Procedure Activities:
• Maintain quality system documentation in BINUS Center Retail, including:
o Prepare and record documents
o Control usage of documents
• Check all documents and activities conducted in BINUS Center Retail
• Assist every Units in BINUS Center Retail in meeting the requirements of operation standard
• Organize the quality management trainings for internal and outlet
• Ensure the readiness of improvement, corrective and prevention of non conformance process
• Assist section head in coordinating with related units related to quality assurance monitoring in operational process
• Perform activities related to quality management system
• Conduct data gathering for further analysis
• Actively take part in activities that support innovation and continuous improvement
Audit Activities:
• Verify all audit findings and process for further corrective action.
• Address preventive action required in related valid procedure
• Organize Internal Audit activities (e.g., scheduling, document completion and the implementation)
• Process inputs from stakeholders according to agreed timeline
• Ensure the readiness of improvement and prevention of related process
• Analyze the data collection related to audit activities
Certification Activities:
• Maintain excellent process of certification exam as set by certification partners
• Communicate with certification partners for any misconduct, trouble or issues that need to be resolved
• Maintain and update all documents required by partners
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
