The Role
As an Account Executive at Josys, you will be responsible for driving growth in the US market. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer success. This role will require working during night hours to align with US time zones. You’ll engage with C-level and IT decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and present tailored SaaS solutions that deliver operational efficiency and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business by developing and executing a territory sales strategy focused on the US market.
Work night shifts to align with US customers and provide real-time engagement.
Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking.
Lead discovery calls and product demos tailored to the customer’s IT and operational needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiations and closing.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Product) to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding.Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast pipeline with discipline.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT and SaaS sales.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, preferably selling IT management or enterprise software in Indonesia.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to research and understand customer business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
Comfortable leveraging AI-driven insights and automation to prioritize leads, craft personalized communication, and accelerate deal closure.
Ability to integrate AI tools into daily sales activities to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance customer engagement.
