Key Responsibilities
Record all incoming and outgoing goods accurately in the warehouse system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock levels, ensuring no discrepancies between physical and system records.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
Monitor stock movement and prepare inventory reports for management.
Identify slow-moving or near-expiry stock and coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for action.
Work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.
Prepare and verify delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes.
Support stock opname (cycle count & full inventory count) activities.
Input and update inventory data in ERP/WMS or Excel accurately.
Ensure all inventory transactions follow SOPs and food safety regulations
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years experience in warehouse administration (fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
Willing to work onsite at Kapuk Business Park, North Jakarta.
