Your ‘day to day’
- The incumbent is overall responsible to Senior OTC Analyst in performing day to day Account Receivable and Bank Reconciliation in a manner consistent with the objectives of the company.

Monitors daily collection and ensures collections are deposited as dated to ensure timely clearance of Accounts Receivable.
Daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts : reconciles unsettled balances to ensure that collection and credit memos are correctly offset.
Analyze receipts, invoices and payment details to ensure reconciliations are accurate and updated - Monitoring of A/R aging and collections to ensure all sales are paid on the agreed terms and conditions, while informing Senior OTC Analyst regarding potential bad debt.
- Perform period-end closing activities and provide support whenever necessary on the consolidation and reporting activities.
- Prepares ad hoc reports for the team when the need arises and involve in the project that assigned to him/her.
- Control : Ensure compliance with company principles & practices in daily OTC operations, timely execution of action plans or recommendations from Corporate Audit, PwC, SOX Review and other relevant controls findings, and periodically update the Senior OTC Analyst & OTC Manager
Who we’re looking for
- College/University - Minimum S1 from Finance/Accounting Background
- Fresh graduate are open to apply or Min 1. year of experience in Finance/Accounting field
- Good in english both in writen and verbal
- Excel is a must
