Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs clearance documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, trade laws, and international shipping requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or issues that may arise.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as procurement, warehouse, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements affecting business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in forwarder, import/export, logistics, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
