Responsibilities
- Support Wintel OS (Patching, Upgrade, Troubleshoot)
- Support Linux OS (Patching, Upgrade, Troubleshoot)
- Support VMware (Patching, Upgrade, Troubleshoot)
- Create and Update Monthly report and upload to sharepoint
- Create and Update monthly SL Report
- Support Data Center physical activities (Server, Storage, SAN, Cabling)
- Support Citrix application (Install, upgrade, patch, troubleshoot, maintenance)
- Support Dropbox/HTTP Commander
- Design, implement, and maintain server virtualization infrastructure to support the organization's IT operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address virtualization-related challenges and requirements
- Optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and disaster recovery strategies
- Develop and implement standardized processes for virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance
- Provide technical support and guidance on virtualization-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest virtualization technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure
- Minimum 3-5 years handling Linux, Windows Operating System, Linux Operating System
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in server virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
- Experience with Data Center environment (Cabling, Rack, PDU)
- Experience with Physical Server, Storage
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts, including virtual machine management, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools to streamline virtualization management tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex virtualization-related issues
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively
- Certification in virtualization technologies (e.g., VCP, MCSE) is preferred but not required
