Responsibilities:
- Employee Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records in the HRIS, including personal information, job details, and employment history.
- Manage Daily Transactions in HR System: Process daily HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers within the HRIS.
- Data Input & Validation in HR System: Perform data entry and validation tasks in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with Day-to-Day Operations of the HRIS Team: Provide support in the daily operations of the HRIS team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of HRIS processes including responding to employee inquiries.
- Monthly Report: Prepare and provide data on internship headcount, termination and new hires.
- Support HRIS Team with Ongoing Projects: Collaborate with the HRIS team on various projects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00
- Detail-oriented and happy to work with data
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel (a must)
- Familiarity with using Canva for design is preferable
- Full-time internship
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
