Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and accurate results of checking and verifying of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.
- Achieve Turn-around Time of checking & verify documents of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.
- Respond and follow up any inquiries concerning checking & verify documents of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.
- Reduce valid complaint concerning process checking & verify documents of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.
- Checking customer data.
Requirements:
- Final year or Fresh Graduates from any major
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta
- Basic Insurance knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and has good inter-personal skills
- Good communication skill, able to speak and write in Bahasa and English
- Advance in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Any experience in Policy Holder Services in Life Insurance industry will be preferred
- Committed to do 6 months internship
