Your role as Assistant Sales Manager - B2B will help us to develop, execute, and maintain HORECA businesses, and in turn increase the amount of cocoa and coffee we source and the impact we have, and deliver on our commitment to creating people and planet positive chocolate and coffee.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
- Having professional work experience in a B2B and HORECA sales management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain/adjust HORECA businesses across Indonesia
- Perform up- or cross selling to existing customers
- Drive HORECA commercial growth across the company's various brands and product categories
- Apply previous experiences and skills in chocolate and coffee to support the continued development of the company's production
- Manage, coach, train, develop, and grow relevant sales teams in the company
- Be a credible advocate for the company's sustainability work and profile
