A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Liaise and collaborate with the local BU leaders, Finance team and Global Supply Chain Planning teams to ensure alignment on and achievement of Field Inventory goals.
Ensure that Field Inventory is managed within commercial and legislative guidelines.
To manage projects on Field Inventory and replenishment through VMI initiatives both external customers and business partners.
Monitor, Coordinate and execute cycle count activities in the field with 4PL Partner, Medtronic Sales Representative and hospital.
Continuously monitor the accuracy of Field Inventory levels, stock adjustments, write-offs and ensure all transactions are complying with documented processes.
Reconciliation of stocks between Medtronic and distributors/ 4PL
Monitor 4PL to fulfill Par Level Stock in the field and Warehouse
Monthly analysis of Expired, slow-moving, short shelf life, excess Field Inventory.
Monthly Reporting on Field Inventory metrics against regional and global KPI’s.
Review and revise the Field Inventory parameters regularly to reflect the current business needs.
Responsible for all SAP transaction related to Stock Movement, Receive, Transfer , Write in/off and also physical transaction of the goods in the consignment stock ( field and Warehouse)
Analyze Partner/ Distributor holding stock to ensure healthy DOS and Inventory Level.
Coordinate with BU for Replenishment stock , Forecasting and Stock Optimization
Manage Field Inventory projects with SEA subsidiaries to improve processes and maximize efficiencies.
Establish, monitor and improve key performance metrics .
Support and administrating some of the SEA projects.
Any Ad Hoc Field Inventory related analysis and reporting.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain Planning or Financial Analysis in Healthcare / Medical / Pharmaceutical or related industries.
Knowledge of SAP R3
Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Excel – Advance Level, Microsoft Access – Intermediate level, Visual Basic, Microsoft Visio)
Knowledge of Supply Chain fundamentals.

Diploma or Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
