Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Strategy Associate to support our pricing strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
- Support the development of pricing models and strategies through data gathering and analysis
- Analyze competitor pricing strategies and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and supply team to gather data and insights for pricing analysis.
- Maintain and update pricing databases and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in monitoring pricing performance and conducting post-implementation analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and assist in special projects as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a pricing or analytics role.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python - are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
