- Min. education diploma in Food & Beverage Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must
- +- 2 years experience as a Asst Manager or Spv in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Services or equivalent
- +- 2 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more, including teaching and coaching
- Customer service-oriented with direct experience in retail or restaurant operations
- Ability to understand financial statements
- Respond to challenging situations positively and professionally, always a solution oriented mindset
- Written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships within and outside the company
