Job Requirements:
- Ready to be placed at ASTON Samarinda Hotel & Conference Center, East Kalimantan
- Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas, either orally or in writing.
- Must be able to evaluate action and make decisions quickly and accurately.
- Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and manage priorities.
- Must be able to handle problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, taking action, and clarifying issues.
- Must be able to work with, understand, and interpret financial information, hotel operations data, and complex arithmetic functions.
- Should have a high command of MS Applications like Excel, PowerPoint, etc, and knowledge of a back office or accounting system.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent financial/business decision-making.
- Should possess strong Financial knowledge.
- Analytical skills and very well organised.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and communicate cash flow-related issues.
- Monitor hotel revenues/expenses and ensure accurate recording
- Monitor the capital planning process
- Ensure compliance with all contracts, legal agreements, all operational taxes, maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance, and other regulatory contracts.
- Maintain compliance with the Aston International Group Finance Manual and all the policies and procedures documented in the manual.
- Audit all internal financial controls, including purchasing, cash handling, and disbursements, inventories, hotel assets, master keys, payroll, and employee records.

- Ensure the proper utilization, maintenance, and periodic upgrades of all Information Technology equipment
- Direct or prepare all financial reports
- Maximize efforts toward productivity, identify problems, and assist in problem-solving.
