About Us:
We are seeking a talented and hands-on Bar Supervisor to support the launch and operations of our new modern Indonesian restaurant in Canggu. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, has a strong understanding of local ingredients, and can lead a team in delivering exceptional beverage experiences with consistency, creativity, and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure high service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver consistent and creative drinks
- Maintain proper inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering procedures
- Ensure all beverages meet quality, presentation, and recipe standards
- Collaborate with the management team on bar menus and promotions
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety regulations in all bar areas
- Engage with guests and ensure a memorable bar experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a bar leadership or supervisor role
- Fluent in English
- Strong background in craft cocktails and beverage service
- Previous experience in independent or boutique bar/restaurant concepts is preferred
- Knowledge of inventory systems and basic cost control
- Energetic, well-groomed, hands-on, and guest-oriented
