Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all completed sales orders or deliveries are converted into billing documents in SAP
Ensure that the supporting documents are complete before billing
Ensure all information (price, quantity, discount, etc.) in SAP matches with the customer order and customer goods receipt before billing
Follow up on any pending issues regarding billing process. Communicate to all stake holder (Supply Chain, Customer Service & Sales) for any discrepancies.
Ensure the completeness of document handovers to Collection Team
Recap and filing all document handovers to Collection Team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG industry as Billing Staff.
Can work either as team or independently.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
Experience in journalizing.
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, such as lookup & pivot.
Work smart, dynamic, detail oriented, and fast response.
Good integrity and attitude.
