We're seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Strategist to support the development
of our bookstore’s identity, both online and offline. This role is ideal for someone who
thrives in a creative environment with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for
building a community, and a deep understanding of retail or publishing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team to ensure consistent brand alignment across
- all touchpoints.
- Work closely on brand strategies and day-to-day execution.
- Develop and execute monthly in-store programs, campaigns, and event activations to engage with the community.
- Coordinate between the internal team and external partners such as partnership brands, publishers and authors.
- Monitor store performance, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
- Represent the bookstore in both online presence and offline events to build a loyal reader community.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in PR, Marketing, or a related Communication field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role or having led a team.
- Proven ability to handle both offline and online store operations.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of brand storytelling.
- Have a sense of ownership, strong leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent English skills (both oral and written)
- Familiarity or passion for the retail or publishing industry is a significant plus.
- Experience managing community-based programs or events.
- Previously worked with creative or lifestyle brands is a plus point.
