At INDICO, we are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a range of accounting activities, helping you develop your skills in financial analysis, record-keeping, and reporting. As an Accounting Intern, you will closely collaborate with our accounting team, assisting in day-to-day accounting tasks and supporting financial activities.
What will you do but not limited to:
- Develop and implement the company's strategy, ensuring alignment with its mission and long-term goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities and threats within the industry.
- Lead the planning process, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing clear targets for success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, sales, and technology to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints while analyzing data to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of business and product development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Proven experience leading strategic projects and initiatives while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed in INDICO's subsidiary company.
