About the Role
You will be working closely with two key teams: the Supply Team and the Operations Team. This role offers the opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to the PPOB and Remittance industry, as well as Indonesia’s agent network. You will be responsible for setting up deposit arrangements with vendors, resolving issues raised by mitra/agents in coordination with vendors and relevant stakeholders, and ensuring that transactions are executed smoothly to uphold our commitment to operational reliability.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor daily product issues, particularly related to Amartha Wallet (Poket), and ensure smooth business operations in line with procedures.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on operational issues and highlight trends and improvements.
- Handle and follow up on transactional issues such as registration, premium upgrade, top-up, and account management.
- Execute General Cash-in and Cash-out processes for failed or delayed top-up transactions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Vendor teams to resolve issues and ensure operational continuity.
- Support business growth through operational improvements, product enhancement suggestions, and SOP refinement.
- Creating forecast & request deposit to all vendors
- Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Strategic Thinking: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives.
- Communication & Negotiation: Ability to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively to align stakeholders and achieve consensus.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to build relationships and connect the dots across divisions to foster teamwork and mutual understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in business operations (Digital products) or similar business industry.
- Proven track record in analyzing data.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Spreadsheet)
- Strong adaptability to work in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders.
