Job Description
Maintain internal systems, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate business travel arrangements and related documentation.
Manage the administration of employee reimbursements.
Ensure timely and accurate payment to external vendors in accordance with company procedures.
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication across teams.
Responsible for ordering books, merchandise, and other office supplies, including tracking incoming and outgoing inventory
Handle the production and distribution of employee ID cards.
Handle shipping arrangements with courier/logistics companies for product delivery.
Help prepare operational reports and assist in budget monitoring.
Make a monthly business report analysis including a finance report, an operational report, and other business reports needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, office administration, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Experience in handling procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
Familiarity with basic finance or reimbursement processes.
Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
