Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and utilization of meeting spaces to ensure efficient use.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and absences.
- Serve as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries and welcoming visitors.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office documentation and filing systems.
- Support in creating reports, presentations, and written communications.
- Manage the distribution of internal announcements and memos.
- Process procurement requests and monitor office supply inventory.
- Provide assistance in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Basic understanding of office administration systems and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
