Job Description
Category & Pricing Analysis:
- Conduct In-depth Analysis Of Agricultural Product Categories To Identify Market Trends, Demand Patterns, And Competitive Landscapes.
- Utilize Excel To Generate Insights That Inform Decision-making Within The Category.
- Track And Analyze Profit Margin Data Per Sku Combined With The Sales Mix
- Maintain Pricing In The Agriaku Environment.
- Validate Pricing Insights From The Field Team Statistically And Qualitatively
Collaboration:
- Work Closely With Sales, Marketing, And Product Development Teams To Align Category Strategies With Overall Business Objectives.
- Foster A Collaborative And Cross-functional Approach To Achieving Category Goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Economics, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Or Related Field.
- 2–3 Years’ Experience In Category Management, Pricing, Procurement, Or Commercial Analytics.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (modeling, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
- Strong Analytical Skills In Pricing, Margin Analysis, And Competitive Benchmarking.
- Understanding Of Category Management Fundamentals (Supplier Segmentation, SKU Rationalization, Margin Optimization).
- Strong Analytical And Problem-solving Abilities.
- Ability To Turn Data Into Clear Business Insights And Recommendations.
- Effective Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Detail-oriented With Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities Under Tight Deadlines
- Willing to travel if required
