CEO Office Internship
This is an exceptional internship opportunity. At LingoTalk, a fast-growing EdTech company, you’ll work closely with our CEO and gain invaluable experience in coordinating strategic control systems, acting as a liaison between external stakeholders, and bridging communication between the board and staff.
Job Scope:
- Serve as the CEO's representative for internal communications, monitoring the flow of information to and from the CEO.
- Create accurate minutes of meetings that effectively communicate final decisions and ensure proper implementation.
- Work directly with the CEO on preparing go-to-market strategies and fundraising initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and venture capital firms.
- Support the CEO by analyzing venture capital opportunities, managing data, identifying prospects, creating asset decks, scheduling meetings, and more.
- Collaborate with third parties to prepare monthly financial reports, and calculate, pay, and report monthly taxes.
- Handle sensitive company information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, including high-priority projects requiring general support.
Qualifications:
- Final year student or recent graduate of Finance or Accounting major from a top-tier university.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exposure to both strategy and operations side of business is preferred.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure in an ambiguous startup environment.
- Willing to work in South Jakarta Area.
