Job Description
Prepare, cook, and present Indian speciality dishes according to established recipes and standards, while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned section.
Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development of Indian dishes, ensuring compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients for the section as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Chef de Partie in Indian cuisine, with strong knowledge of spices, techniques, and cooking methods (tandoor, curry, biryani, etc.)
- Culinary certificate or diploma
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
