Production & Technology
YOUR TASKS
Drive continuous improvement across department at production center
Provide strategic leadership & hands-on execution are essential
Leading cross-functional initiatives, coaching teams & managing performance through BMOS & Manex pillars
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering
Preferably 3-5 years in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM or Process Engineering
Practical knowledge in Lean Tools, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, VSM & Autonomous Maintenance
Familiar with BMOS & Manex 7 pillars
Familiar in RCA methods : 5 why, fishbon
Proficient in data visualization & digital tools
Having experience in operational areas
