The Area South Sumatra team is a longstanding team responsible for South Sumatra Area Operations. We make Grab one of the biggest online transportation in Southeast Asia and succeeding in cooperating with several big companies. Get to Know the Role
City Lead Bengkulu will lead projects, strategies, and operations for Transport & Delivery Bengkulu Area. We believe a successful candidate has the skill of data analysis, and project management, but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. You will be reporting to the manager. You will be based onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Represent Grab in relationships with government and public/private sector stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with driver communities, partners, and merchants in the city, conducting regular engagement events.
- Coordinate with different departments to plan and execute changes involving programs, incentives, promos, and events.
- Monitor the performance of the city and initiate special projects to reach targets.
- Lead the team in the Bengkulu area to achieve their respective goals.
- Stay updated with the company's products and services to effectively promote them to partners and merchants.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the local market, including cultural nuances, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English languages.
