Strategic Planning
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of the annual Management Plan
- Develop and implement a plan for sales activity
- Product pricing and setting of commercial terms and conditions
- Assist in the quarterly and annual stocktaking exercise
Financial Management
- Regularly review country sales budgets
- Ensure on-time debt collection from all customers
People Management
- Identify and schedule sales training needs
- Conduct weekly reviews of sales/coordination personnel activity to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met
Sales & Marketing
- Monitor competitors' activities.
- Grade potential customers according to the methodology approved by Prysmian OSEA
- Monitor existing business and inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business
- Sell to prospective and existing domestic customers including to develop and manage routes to market in the domestic market, conduct or participate in client interviews, entertain clients, plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections
- Promote Prysmian offers through fairs and conferences, in professional and industry groups
- Develop and maintain contact with business generators (agents, distribution, stockiest) in third parties sales
- Liaise with the relevant sub-contractors on the most competitive pricing
- Develop account development plans and goal setting for clients
- Liaise with various Prysmian departments to ensure timely response to customers inquiries
- Liaise with relevant private and government bodies to facilitate the implementation of Prysmian projects and proposals
Quotations
- Fill up quotation master check-list for domestic clients and validate the
quotation request for domestic clients
- Follow up status of tenders, check quotations before submission and submit to the client
- Negotiate the final terms with clients
HSE Support
- Comply with Government Regulations & Company HSE Policies, Procedure & Rules
- Ensure that the requirements of the HSEMS are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the standard ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015
- Ensure all related activity will refer to HIRADC
- Maintain HSE equipment in the Company
- Always remind colleagues to prioritize work safety and health and prevent environmental damage.
