Job Description Summary :
The Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for the day to day administration of Compensation and Benefit activities, which includes employee data administration, maintaining compensation and benefit data, maintaining and administering employee benefits (i.e. internal and third-party benefits), calculating and maintaining payroll deduction data, administering payment/refund processes to BPJS, providing support for exit activities and resolution for enquiries related to compensation and benefits and employee data administration.
Job Description :
Employee Data Administration
  • Review, check and approve the individual employee data change
  • Review data upload request and obtain clarifications, prepare template for mass upload, upload data in test environment, send result for review, request for upload approval and upload accordingly in production environment.
  • Maintain Tax Status of Employees, Point of Hire and other individual employees data.
  • Perform additional duties assigned, as and when required, especially when relevant to the role or future skill development
Employee Relations
  • Generate Letter of Agreement for renewal contract, rehire employee and Post Retirement employee
  • Generate Reference Letter (New Bank Account Application, Passport Application/ Renewal, Mortage Application, Other Credit Application, Visa Application, etc)
  • To ensure accuracy and timeliness activities performed by the team member are in line with the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Compensation Administration
  • Maintain Employee’s Compensation :
    • Payroll Deduction (i.e. Cooperation, STNK & Insurance and other Deductions)
    • Variable Income (i.e. Incentive, Ticket Allowance and other variable Income)
Payroll Administration
  • Perform the day-to-day administration of employee enrollments including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (exclude Payroll System) and Dana Pensiun / DAPEN (exclude Payroll system).
  • Process employee loan request (Car loan, Bike loan, HT loan and other loan)
  • Calculate severance payment (Pesangon) and Condolences Allowance.
  • Calculate Bonus and Merit Increases for Contract Employees.
  • Resolve any payroll related inquiries raised by employees.
Benefit Administration
  • Maintain third party and internal benefits (i.e. medical, travel insurance, personal accident insurance, medical ASO, Smarfren and other benefits/employee remunerations provided by company) by administering its programs, membership enrollments as well as monthly payment/refunds
  • Maintain Policy Renewals related to Employee’s Benefit such as Personnel Accident, Travel Insurance and Medical ASO
  • Prepare for Pension Employee’s Award such as Certificate, Placard and Gold
  • Support HR Rewards COE in the annual benefit activities including preparing and generating benefit and claims reports and resolution of benefit inquiry resolution
Exit Management
  • Responsible for the proper processing of all related exit documents
  • Monitor of upcoming employee retirement to kick start and complete the retirement process by collaborating with relevant parties within the company.
  • Receive information if there is a case employee deceased and monitor the activities performed to facilitate or support the exit administration regarding the circumstance
  • Work with other relevant parties in the initiation process by creating exit documents and properly filing/uploading these documents, as well as notifying all relevant parties of resignation.
  • Ensure all exit activities directly related to CBS are properly carried out as per company procedure.
Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree in Management or Computer Science
  • Min 3 years of working experience in Compensation Benefit
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good in communication skill and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
  • Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
