Qualifications:

- Has experience in hospitality and F&B service
- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Deep understanding of the demands and expectations of the role

- Greet guests warmly and manage the reservations for the Waterbom activity
- Take guests' orders for in-house services
