About the Job:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to align contract terms with project goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track contract milestones, deliverables, and KPIs; manage renewals and amendments.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle claims, variations, and disputes in coordination with legal counsel.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior management on contract status and risks.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management / procurement, preferably in data centre, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with FIDIC and/or NEC contracts
- Solid understanding of data centre operations and vendor management
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software/tools
