Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cold dishes including salads, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and freshness of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cold kitchen area
- Follow recipes and portion standards accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cold kitchen or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cold food preparation techniques
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude
