Responsible to ensure business and financial process run in accordance with the procedures.
Job Description:
- Review significant Business Process and improve/implement control to address the identified risk, missing procedures or streamline the process and promote automation.
- Provide strategic business analysis e.g. replanting project, new investment project in estate/mill as required by Business Unit Head.
- Review and analyze cost regularly on PSM Level and propose continuous improvement steps.
- Ensure Plantation Cost (CTM) in line with RAP.
- Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Involve in negotiation process.
- Follow up Operation Internal Audit Findings and completion progress.
- Sharing to Operation about prevent fraud & Optimum Control based on Operation Internal Audit Findings.
- Review margin of FFB Purchase regularly and coordinate with FFB Purchase.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field
- Min. 8 years' experience in Operations Controller
- Exposure in Plantation is preferred
