About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in marketing team at our location in Jakarta, Indonesia.
What you can look forward to as Country Marketing and Communications:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing) and traditional (print, events, partnerships) channels.
- Analyze campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI); generate reports to share with stakeholders and adjust strategies based on findings.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.
- Regular market visits to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends; use insights to refine target audience profiles and campaign approaches.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Support lead generation efforts, including managing email marketing workflows, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation online, respond to customer inquiries or feedback, and escalate issues as needed.
- Performs other duties as directed.
Your profile as Country Marketing and Communications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
- Knowledge of the Indonesia and the Philippines's market dynamics, cultural differences, and consumer behavior. Understanding of the automotive industry and its trends and challenges.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content across different formats and channels. Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights from it. Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing research tools.
