Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct pitching to prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, video calls, or on-site presentations
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to secure business deals
- Identify, reach out to, and follow up with new client prospects via cold calls, email campaigns, and networking events
- Schedule and lead professional product/service presentations with a focus on tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership schemes until final agreement and signing
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and explore up-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pitching materials and effective sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on prospect development, negotiation progress, and target achievements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client management is an advantage
- Strong communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills
- Highly initiative, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for presentations and reporting
