What You Will Do
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted relationship and communicate clearly/effectively to clients to help drive continued value of our products and services
- Maintain and support existing customers to ensure they continue using Qiscus effectively, leading to the success of their own businesses.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
- Work with the sales and marketing team to share marketing information and/or drill customer references, NPS, and develop case studies
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field (e.q Marketing, Business etc). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate in learning about sales, marketing or business development in IT solutions
- Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit
- Previous internship or related experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing is a good plus
- Firm understanding of and experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with potential clients
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
