Dance Teacher

1. Provide daily dance training for livestream hosts, stay updated with trending TikTok dances and songs, and teach them promptly;

2. Monitor each host’s learning progress and offer real-time corrections and guidance;

3. Select and choreograph appropriate dance routines tailored to each host;

4. Adjust teaching plans and pacing based on livestream performance and viewer feedback;

5. Design different styles of dance routines based on company campaigns or activity themes;

6. Conduct monthly performance evaluations and track the hosts’ improvement in dancing;

7. Carry out other dance-related tasks assigned by the company.

1. Strong background in dance, capable of independently choreographing and teaching routines;

2. Excellent organizational, coordination, and crisis-handling skills;

3. Responsible, hardworking, and a team player with strong communication and learning abilities;

4. Passionate about dance and performance; experience with short-form video or livestream platforms is a plus;

5. Must be available for an online interview to evaluate teaching capability and stylistic fit.
