• Manage and analyse large survey datasets: Provide expertise in managing large survey datasets, including Susenas, Sakernas, and Podes, to extract relevant information, clean and transform data, and perform statistical analyses.
• Perform analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and generate actionable insights for different sets of data including DTSEN/ Regsosek, Susenas, Sakernas and Podes
• Apply statistical methods to draw meaningful conclusions from these datasets especially to support SKALA’s vision to provide access to Minimum Standard Services for the poor and marginalized.
• Conduct data quality assurance and quality control in SEPAKAT application regularly to ensure data presented of highly standard and can be utilized fully.
• Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations using tools like Tableau or other data visualization packages to present findings and insights meaningful to facilitate decision making in national and local planning, budgeting and local service delivery.
• Support the development of high-level executive dashboards for Ministerial and Echelon I stakeholders, integrating data from DTSEN and other central government platforms including SIKD, e-SPM, and SIPD.
• Support the interoperability process between SEPAKAT with SIPD and perform all analytical process.
• Provide technical expertise by providing analysis for SKALA Provinces and work closely with SKALA-GEDSI team to identify and interpret pattern and trends on specific GEDSI data to ensure data on women, disabilities and vulnerable individual and their needs are available and accurate.
• Provide technical input to national and sub-national regulatory and policies frameworks ensuring coherence and synergy related to GEDSI data integration and utilization.
• Provide technical facilitation to BAPPENAS on the discussion on dataset analysis for SIPD-SEPAKAT integration.
• Work collaboratively with programmers to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and data governance mechanism that will ensure GEDSI data are accessible.
• Other tasks as requested by SKALA.

• Comply with DFAT, DT Global and SKALA policies on gender, disability, fraud and anticorruption, child protection, PSEAH and the environment.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to various operational policies, guidelines and manuals issued by DT Global and SKALA.

• Work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and/or strain.
• Work may require long, and flexible hours as needed. Travel is based on need.

• Technical analysis report on dataset, including national socio-economic data, Susenas, Sakernas, Prodeskel, Podes, and Siskeudes and sectoral data.
• Developed analysis modules for SEPAKAT system/app to include national socio-economic datadata analysis for SPM, sea-level rise, poverty, middle class group, planning and budgeting.
• Technical input to the development of Dashboard Executive for high-level users.
• Guidelines and documented process of consultation.
• Report on GEDSI data analysis and utilisation in the planning process, i.e. RPJMD, Renstra, RPJMDes, RKPD, etc.
• Improved the integration between SEPAKAT, SIPD and SIKD application.
• Input to national socio-economic data data interoperability strategy and mechanism and run various exercises for data matching and data checking.
• Input to national socio-economic data monitoring and updating processes.
• Frequently asked questions and answers for SEPAKAT and SIPD.

• Bachelor degree in Economy, Development Study, Statistics with a minimum of 8 years' experience in data analysis, research, data science including for its utilization in local planning and budgeting.
• Proficient in data processing tools: Demonstrate fluency in various data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Stata, SAS, R, or Python. Leverage these tools to manipulate and transform data, conduct exploratory data analysis, and implement statistical models.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models,?techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, STATA, SPSS to be used for dataset analysis
• Adept at using data processing platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.

• Experienced working with Government of Indonesia.
• Experienced working on community development projects involving government and development partners, especially related to social protection for people with disabilities.
