Data Entry Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry & information into the system, ensure accuracy & updated.
- Maintain a smooth workflow with related department
- Handle all administrative data issues
- Enters rate/data in hotel database by compiling and sorting information according to contract.
- Maintains hotel entry records within the database system, and confer with supervisor regarding incomplete information.
- Update data and delete unnecessary items that may be slowing down the database.
- Carry out duties as assigned by line manager and department head.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Computer literate - word/ excel / Microsoft outlook
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred
- Good knowledge of managing and maintaining a database.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Meet deadlines & ensure quick turnaround & data processing
