About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager should enhance our online brand awareness and drive direct bookings through digital strategies and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. This position will be responsible for developing and administering social media content of Mamaka by Ovolo that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company whilst collecting and reviewing social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

- Deliver exceptional digital and social media marketing experience with hotel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English
- Passionate and willing to learn with positive working attitude
- Competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment
- Able to work in a team and have a strong work ethic in hospitality industry
- Understanding/experience in operations and sales in the Event space is highly desirable
- An Indonesian citizen currently residing in Bali.

- Able to understand and interpret digital performance data, audience behavior, and make strategy adjustments based on market trends.
- You’re focused on impact and conversion, not just vanity metrics.
- Manage and execute all digital marketing activities for Mamaka by Ovolo, while working in close coordination with the Head Marketing Team to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency.
- Lead digital content planning, social media management, email marketing, and blog curation tailored to Mamaka’s positioning and target audience.
- Collaborate with the Digital & eCommerce Manager (Head Office) and digital agencies on:
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), PPC, and Paid Social Media Campaigns.
- Develop and implement targeted local campaigns for hotel offerings, events, F&B experiences, and community activations.
- Maintain and optimize the Mamaka website, ensuring updated content, strongUI/UX, and a focus on direct booking conversions.
- Support the overall marketing calendar and creative direction in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance identifying insights to continuously refine and improve strategy.
- Focus on driving quality results, such as booking conversion, lead value, and audience engagement not just traffic or follower count.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform changes, and market shifts relevant to hospitality and lifestyle brands.
