Start Date

We are now seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Technologist to join our studio team. You’ll help us scale our marketing systems, campaigns, and data infrastructure in a way that’s as thoughtful and creative as the jewelry itself.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of an ambitious, creative company where your contributions will have immediate impact. You’ll work directly with the founders and core creative team, and have ownership of the systems and strategies that drive digital growth.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc), implementing automations, solving tracking challenges, building dashboards, and helping guide data-informed decisions.
This is not a traditional marketing job. We're looking for someone who may come from an engineering, data, or informatics background, but who has real experience applying those skills in marketing contexts. You’ll need to move fast, think in systems, and build processes that are clean, scalable, and high-impact.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting
- Build and manage full-funnel acquisition flows, A/B tests, and audience structures
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, and report on performance across channels
Reporting and Dashboards
- Build performance dashboards in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or similar
- Maintain clean attribution and structured campaign data
- Provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports
Automation and Integrations
- Build workflows using Zapier or Make to connect tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets
- Troubleshoot and maintain live automations and API connections
- Propose and implement improvements to reduce manual work
Tracking and Attribution
- Set up and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager
- Handle UTM structures, first-party attribution, and server-side tracking where needed
- Debug tracking issues and work across tools to ensure data accuracy
Email Marketing
- Create and optimize Klaviyo flows (cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase)
- Segment customer data and track email performance metrics
- Improve retention and lifecycle value through automated messaging
SEO and Website Support
- Conduct basic keyword research and content optimization
- Coordinate with the creative and tech teams to support landing page performance
- Identify small optimizations that drive organic visibility and conversions
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop performance-driven ad briefs
- Work directly with founders to test and implement growth hypotheses
- Bring new tools, ideas, and experiments to the table on an ongoing basis
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 3 or more years of experience managing paid ads, automations, and analytics
- Come from a background in engineering, computer science, informatics, math, or related fields
- Think in systems and care about structured workflows, naming conventions, and documentation
- Have built dashboards, automations, or attribution setups from scratch
- Are comfortable with HTML, JavaScript, Liquid, or Python for light debugging
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to increase speed, quality, and iteration
- Enjoy working across different tools and solving data or tracking issues
- Are eager to work in person, move fast, and take ownership inside a growing studio environment
- Communicate clearly and document your work so others can build on it
Bonus Points For
- Experience building internal tools or using APIs and webhooks
- Familiarity with server-side tracking (e.g. via Stape or CAPI Gateway)
- Deep understanding of attribution challenges post-iOS14
- Experience working in fast-moving D2C environments or creative studios
- Passion for experimenting with new media channels, automation tools, or growth models
- Participation in technical or growth-focused communities
