Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operations of Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop (products uploads, updating prices, and inventory stock.
Execute campaigns using platform tools (like vouchers, bundles, and flash sales) and upload the needed materials according to the marketing schedule.
Work with other teams (marketing, design, KOL, etc.) to make sure product info is correct, stock is ready, and campaigns go live on time.
Monitor and maintain store performance such as ratings, response time, and avoiding platform penalties.
Help track and report KOL, affiliate, and influencer performance for e-commerce campaigns.
Update daily and weekly data like traffic, sales numbers, best-selling products, and competitor activity to help with planning.
Support marketplace ads setup and help monitor spending.
Communicate with platform reps to solve issues, sign up for campaigns, and improve store performance.
Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, speed, and accuracy to meet aggressive sales deadlines and promotional windows

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
1–3 years of experience handling e-commerce or marketplace tasks, especially in lifestyle or wellness brands.
Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop seller tools.
Comfortable working with deadlines, targets, and changing priorities.
Detail-oriented and able to manage large amounts of data and tasks.
Good at using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and planning.
Able to work well with different teams and handle multiple projects.
Strong at getting things done, solving problems, and being responsible.
