About the role
TRM Hospitality under Tjendana Corporation is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our premier restaurant located in the heart of Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a talented team and ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency are maintained to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of servers, chefs, and support staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain consistent service and quality standards
- Monitor and analyse sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the menu offerings align with customer preferences and market demands
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-end or fine-dining establishment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory control
- Thorough understanding of food service operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
