What You’ll Do as Field & Fulfillment Operations Manager
- Operational Execution
- Lead the day-to-day flow of device deployments, scheduling, fulfillment readiness, and regional coordination.
- Ensure workload distribution, cut-off system, and SOP compliance are maintained across the board
2. Field Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise all of your operation team; build a high-discipline, high-resilience team culture.
- Conduct structured mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews to build internal leaders.
- Serve as a bridge during field conflicts, burnout cases, or cross-departmental misalignment.
3. Fulfillment & Risk Management
- Oversee end to end inventory release, case tracking, and post-use collection.
- Drive issue resolution through PDCA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement cycles.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Be the operational integrator between Sales, Finance, HR, and Inventory functions.
- Contribute to SOP development, dashboard refinement, and scalable system design.
Minimum Qualifications: Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operational Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Health-related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading operations/logistics/fulfillment teams.
- Strong coaching, conflict management, and people development skills.
- Data- and system-minded, with proven experience running performance monitoring systems.
- Willing to work in the field and across regional locations.
