Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
- Handle daily bookkeeping and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Manage account receivable such as invoicing to customer and claim to insurance company.
- Prepare tax calculations, reports, and filings in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Perform other related tasks as required by management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation (fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply).
- Good knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations (e.g., VAT, Income Tax).
- Familiar with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Can join as soon as possible
