As a Finance Senior Staff, you will be responsible for managing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the Finance Manager in driving the company’s financial health.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
High accuracy, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/year-end closing.
Ensure compliance with taxation and coordinate with external auditors when needed.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management.
