• Collaborate with the Community Manager to design and create engaging content for the community's Instagram
• Monitor interactions on Instagram, including responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with the social media team to arrange collaborative content with community members and language department
• Support the Community Manager in developing and managing the Cetta community strategy
• Build relationships with community members
• Initiate and execute activities to build community engagement (events, discussions, gamification)
• Conducting live reports of community events, both online and offline

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 6th-semester undergraduate student or fresh graduate (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
• Understanding of community activation
• Understanding of Instagram platforms and features
• Excellent and creative written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Video editing skills are a plus
• Willingness to participate in online and offline community activities

Cetta is an online language academy run by young Indonesians with an interactive and inclusive learning system. We are on a mission to make Indonesian as an actual World Citizen. Cetta provides a synchronous online language Academy since 2020. Currently offers 6 language courses including English, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, French, and German with more languages to cover in the future.
