A Student Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational offline/onsite class. This position requires empathy and a caring person to give the best problem solve to the customer.
- Update and report to Operations Manager
- Dashboard SCMS Math Camps account administrator
- Advised end-to-end user journey (Onboarding, Class Preparation, In Class, After Class Activity)
- Handle customer complaints
- Collect and manage Customer Relationship Management data
- Do operations activity to support Class Operations
- Do user observation, and user interviews also gather customer insight
- Collaborate with SA/Admin/Acops Cabang to help with Class Operations activity
- Attend weekly company and division meetings
- Participate in team-building and learning activities
qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, management, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a business operations setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with partners, parents, students, and potential partners.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn new things.
