Job Description
•Assisting guest for reservation, check-in, check-out process including administration and cashiering following the guidelines and procedures
•Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered in the most meaningful way.
•Maintain an excellent reputation for the Hotel by addressing guest complaints tactfully and efficiently
•Perform at any assignment or duties given by Superior
Qualifications
•Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Hospitality Industry
•Excellent in communication (English – Bahasa) and customer relation
•Computer proficiency and email communication skills
•Attention to details, ability to resolve customer issues
•Availability to work shifts, including night shift, weekends and holidays
