Job Title: Daily Worker – Front Office
Department: Front Office
Reports to: Front Office Supervisor / Manager
Job Purpose
To provide warm, professional, and efficient front-line service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in line with the standards of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area.
- Ensure guest records and transactions are accurately updated in the system.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Qualifications:
- Preferably male
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Possesses a valid SIM A (driver’s license) and able to drive confidently
