We’re a small, driven team building an exciting new platform. We’re looking for a talented full-stack developer with strong design skills to lead the end-to-end creation of both our custom mobile app and website. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for design, development, and delivery — working closely with our founder in Canggu.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with the founder to define requirements and translate ideas into functional designs.
- Design and build the mobile app (iOS & Android) from scratch.
- Design and build the website to complement the app’s features and branding.
- Implement secure, scalable backend systems and integrations.
- Manage testing, deployment, and iterations.
- Provide ongoing support and improvements after launch.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bali-based, ideally close to Canggu for regular in-person collaboration.
- Proven experience building custom apps (not just using templates or white-label solutions).
- Strong front-end and back-end skills (React Native, Flutter, or similar; Node.js, PHP, or similar).
- Strong design ability — able to create a modern, user-friendly interface.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and hosting environments.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable leading development.
Bonus Points For:
- UI/UX design portfolio.
- Startup or small team experience.
- Previous work on social, marketplace, or networking platforms.
