Responsibilities
- Act as a FUSE representative for the insured's claim documents to analysts and ensure to provide the best support to the insured
- Build & maintain good and strong relationships with the Insured & Insurance Company
- Follow up on claim status and proof of payment & Negotiate with the Insurance Company
- Ensure that all data, documents, information and reports are well organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in any major, knowledge in automotive, engineering, marine insurance products
- Minimum 3 years experience in related position such as Claim Investigator, Claim Analyst
- End to end understanding of General Insurance products and processes. Both Motor Vehicle or Non Motor Vehicle
- Fluent in English both oral and written
